At M. Fragrance, we want you to love what you ordered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are not applicable on opened or used perfume bottles.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if 
the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
